TRAINING & CERTIFICATION
Our ServSafe Food Safety Managers training meets the RI Department of Health requirements for food safety licensing. Managers need to know food safety and the critical importance of its role and how to share food safety knowledge with every employee. This course will cover all aspects of safely managing the flow of food in a practical, applicable manner. Already certified but need to re-new your license? We offer a 6-hour Re-Certification course that will allow you to reapply for your license with the state of Rhode Island only.
Our training and certification programs help restaurants and food establishments meet the State of Rhode Island Department of Health requirements.
ServSafe® Essentials Food Safety Manager FULL Certification
This is a comprehensive two day course from 8:00am-4:00pm on both days. The price includes the course, textbook and material for the course and the exam given at the end of the second day. You will learn about the flow of food, proper hygiene practices, HACCP, allergens and more.
$100.00 rebate offer available from July 1 – December 31, 2017.
This is a 6-hour re-certification course from 8:00am-2:30pm. This course is recognized by the only RI Department of Health to renew your license every 3 years after your initial license has been obtained. You will learn about providing safe food, preventing contamination, allergens, safe food handling by all employees and the proper flow of food. There is no exam given for this course.

Online ServSafe® Essentials Food Safety Manager FULL Certification
The RI Department of Health recognizes the Online ServSafe® Essentials Food Safety Manager FULL Certification. The course can be purchased via the www.servsafe.com website. You have 90 days to complete the course once you purchase it. Once the online course is completed, you will be prompted to call a Proctor. We have 3 Proctors in our office and can help you schedule your exam. Please call us at 401-223-1120 for more information.
The RI Department of Health recognizes the Online ServSafe® Essentials Food Safety Manager FULL Certification Course. The course can be purchased via the www.servsafe.com website. For RE-Certification ONLY- you do not need to take the online exam. The online course will suffice as your hours of training needed to re-certify in the state of Rhode Island and submitted with an application for a license renewal.
